Lic. Berrocal Soto reincorporated himself to private practice after serving as:

• Ambassador before the Soviet Union with headquarters in Moscow from 1974 until 1978, during the administration of Oduber Quiros.
  
  
• Joint Secretary of the Latin-American Economic System of the UN in Caracas (1978-1982).
  
  
• Minister of the Presidency during the Monge Alvarez administration (1982-1985).
  
  
• Ambassador for the second time before the United Nations, time during which he placed our nation in the Presidency of the “Grupo 77” (77th Group), and as a President of the Security Council of the United Nations during the Figueres Olsen Administration (1994-1998).
  
  
• Minister of Security during the Arias Sanchez administration from the year 2006-2008.

Lic. Juan José Obando Peralta

Lic. Max Monestel Peralta

Lic. Monestel has a vast experience in the handling of state affairs, as well as in the field of legal and administrative investigation. He is in charge of civil and administrative matters and has a concise knowledge of how to process administrative law in terms of commerce.

Currently he is acquiring his Master’s Degree as a Public Notary in the Universidad Interamericana, and he possesses a vast experience in organization and handling of administrative processes focused on the commercial area.
